lestirme, Eğitim Yönetimi, Deming Yaklasımı ÖZET ĐSLETMELERDE KURUM ĐÇĐ EĞĐTĐM SÜRECĐNĐN PERFORMANSINI ARTTIRMADA DEMĐNG YAKLASIMI Đsletmelerin günümüzde hızla gelisen dünyaya ayak uydurabilmeleri önemli ölçüde ya yeni ürün ve hizmet üretmelerine veya mevcut ürün ve hizmetlerin gelistirilmesine ya da bu ürün ve hizmetleri yaratan süreçlerin iyilestirilmesine bağlıdır. Yenilik ve iyilestirme çalısmalarının en önemli basamağı ise insan kaynakları sermayesinin bu süreçlere adaptasyonunun sağlanmasıdır. Bu bakımdan eğitim faaliyetlerinin gelistirilmesi de kritik bir öneme sahip olmustur. Çalısmada, eğitim faaliyetlerinin daha etkin yönetiminin sağlanabilmesi ve sürekli iyilestirme için toplam kalite yönetimi felsefesini yansıtan “Deming Yaklasımının” eğitim faaliyetlerine adaptasyonunun etkisi incelenmistir. THE DEMĐNG APPROACH FOR IMPROVEMENT OF THE PERFORMANCE OF COMPANĐES’S TRAĐNĐNG FACILITIES Nowadays, the compatibility of the companies in this continiously developing world; depends on their ability of producing new products and services or their ability of improving current products and services or their ability of improving the processes which create these products and services. The most important step of these innovation and improvement facilities is supplying adaptation of human resources to these processes. Therefor development of training facilities has critical importance. In this project, in order to maintain more effective management of training management facilities and continious improvement, the effects of adaptation of “Deming Approach” which is a base of total quality management to the training facilities are researched.
