Abstract
İlköğretim sürecinde resim yarışmaları adlı tezimin amacı, özellikle bu dönemdeki sanat eğitiminin ve buna bağlı etkinliklerin önemini, gerekliliğini vurgulayıp en doğru şekilde yapılması için tespitlerde bulunup öneriler sunmaktır. Resim yarışmaları sanat eğitiminin bir uzantısıdır. Çocuklarımız için en önemli süreç olan ilköğretim yıllarında sanat eğitimi ile olumlu gelişmeler kaydedebiliriz. Araştırmamızla ilgili olarak literatür taraması yapılmıştır. Ayrıca , bir anket uygulanmış ve elde edilen verilerle araştırmamıza çözüm aranmıştır. Hazırladığımız anket 79 resim öğretmenine uygulanmıştır. Anketimiz Burdur, Isparta ve Denizli illerindeki ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan resim öğretmenlerine uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada frekans, yüzde testleri kullanılmış ve anketin analizi SPSS paket bilgisayar programıyla yapılmıştır. Ayrıca 56 adet resim yarışma şartnamelerine yer verilerek incelenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara dayanarak ortaya konan sonuçlar özetle şöyledir. Yarışma şartnameleri gerekli bilgileri içeren, açıklayıcı nitelikte olup, eksiklikler bulunmamalıdır. Şartnamelerdeki yetersiz bilgiler, süre yetersizliği gibi durumlar yarışmalara olan ilgiyi azaltıp, işleyiş sürecini de geciktirmektedir. Resim yarışması düzenleyen kurum veya kuruluşlar kendi seçici kurullarını açık bir şekilde şartnamelerde belirtmelidirler. İncelenen duyurularda bunların göz ardı edildiği görülmüştür. Seçici kurulların belirtilmesi ve önemsenmesi,alanında uzman kişilerin yer alması yarışmalara olan güveni destekleyip, yarışmaların niteliğini artıracak, katılımların artmasına neden olacaktır. İlköğretim sürecinde resim yarışmalarının sanat etkinlikleri olarak daha etkili olabilmesi için dikkat edilmesi gereken noktalar vardır. Yarışma konuları, çocukların yaş seviyelerine uygun, ilgisini çekebilecek, yeni teknik ve bilgiler öğrenmesine teşvik edecek, araştırma yapma alışkanlığı kazandıracak yönde olması gerekmektedir. Yarışmayı düzenleyen kurum ve kuruluşlar ödül ve sergilemeye gerekli önemi verip, resim sevgisi kazandıracak, sanata ilgiyi artıracak tavır sergilemelidirler. İlköğretimde sanat eğitimine daha fazla ağırlık verilip, sanat etkinlikleri olan resim yarışmalarının da çok iyi organize edilmesi gerekmektedir.
The aim of my work, Painting Contests at Primary Education Process , is to emphasize the importance and necessity of the arts education and the related activities in this time frame, and to advice the necessary steps for achieving this purpose. The painting contests are an extension of the art education. We can obtain successful results with the art education in these primary school years that are the most important term for our children. A literature scan has been made about our research. Additionally, a query was applied and the results were used for the research. The number of teachers who have been applied the query is 79 . All of these teachers work in the primary schools in Burdur, Isparta, and Denizli region. In addition, the terms and conditions of 56 painting contests has been included and investigated. At the end of this work, the results are as following ; The terms and conditions of the contest must include the necessary information and they must be explanatory, without deficient points. The deficient information on contest terms and conditions or short time period for the application decrease the interest to the contest and cause the delays on contest process. The organizations or bodies, which organize the painting contests, must specify the members of the decision maker board in their terms and conditions paper. The absence of such kind of information was seen on the advertisements, which are investigated during the research. Giving importance and advertisement of the selection board, selection of the expert members to these boards supports the trust to that kind of contests and helps to increase the quality of the contest and finally causes an increase on the applications made to the contests. There are some points to be careful for obtaining the best results from the painting contests as an artistic activity during the primary education; The subject of the contest should · be suitable with the ages of the children · be interesting for the children · support to learn new techniques and information · help to gain the research skills The organizations or bodies who organize the contest must give enough importance to award and exhibit the winner paintings and behave according to increase the interest to the Art. The more importance must be given for the art education during the primary education and it is necessary to organize very well the painting contests as an art activity.
