Abstract
TÜRKİYE’NİN AB ÜYELİK SÜRECİNDE SENDİKALARIN İZLEDİKLERİ POLİTİKALAR Avrupa Birliği öncelikle ekonomik ve siyasi bütünleşme hedefleri ile yola çıkmıştır. Böyle bir bütünleşmenin sosyal bütünleşme olmadan gerçekleşmesi mümkün değildir. AB, hedefledikleri Büyük Birliği oluşturabilmek için sosyal politika ile de ilgilenmişlerdir ancak çalışmada sosyal politikaya gösterilen ilginin yetersiz olduğu görülmektedir.Sosyal politikanın taraflarından birini oluşturan sendikalar, AB oluşumundan ve getirdiği yeni düzenden oldukça etkilenmişlerdir ve günümüzde gittikçe gerilemektedirler. Bugün gelinen nokta neoliberal politikaları ve getirmiş olduğu yeni uygulamaları ile sendikaların örgütlenmeleri olumsuz etkilenmekte ve sendikalı işçi sayısı her geçen gün azalmaktadır. Avrupa Birliği ile neoliberal politikaların etki alanı gittikçe genişlemiş ve Birliğe üye olmak için bizim gibi sırada bekleyen ülkeleride derinden etkilemiştir. Bu durumdan Türkiye sendikalarınında etkilenmesi kaçınılmazdır. Bu çalışmada hedeflenen Türkiye sendikalarının AB konusunda takındıkları tutumları, görüşleri ve izledikleri politikaları belirleyerek, AB’nin sendikalar üzerinde yaratmış olduğu etkileri saptamaktır.
THE POLICIES OF THE TRADE UNIONS ON THE WAY OF EU MEMBERSHIP OF TURKEY The European Union is set off first with the economic and political integration targets. It is not possible to realize such kind of integration without social integration. EU is also dealt with social politics for constituting the targeted Big European Union, however it is seen that in the study that the interest shown for social politics is not sufficient. The trade unions which constitutes on of the parties of the social politics, are effected from the formation of EU and the new order established by EU, and nowadays they are still moving backward. Today the reached point effects the organizations of the trade unions with neo-liberal politics and new applications, and it is also seen that the number of the workers who are members of trade unions is decreased day by day. The effected circle of the neo- liberal politics is expanded more and more by the European Union and this situation affects the countries which are waiting for membership like us. It is inevitable for the Turkish trade unions from affecting this situation. The aim of this study is determining the effects of EU on the trade unions by defining the approaches, opinions and policies of the Turkish trade unions against EU.
