Abstract
İŞVEREN MARKASININ SOSYAL MEDYA ETKİNLİĞİ ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMABu çalışmada sosyal medyanın işveren markası ve potansiyel çalışanlar üzerindeki etkisi incelendi. Bunun için sosyal medya ve işveren markasına ilişkin alan yazın çalışması gerçekleştirilerek ulaşılan bulgular ele alındı. Bu bulgular doğrultusunda sosyal medyanın işveren markası ve potansiyel çalışanlar üzerinde etkin bir araç olduğu belirlendi. Buradan hareketle Marmara Üniversitesi ve Uludağ Üniversitesi öğrencileri ile rastsal örnekleme yöntemlerinden olan basit tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemine göre bir anket çalışması gerçekleştirildi. Bu anket çalışmasında katılımcılara sosyal medya ve iş hayatıyla ilgili sorular yöneltildi. Elde edilen veriler SPSS analiz edildi.
In this study, the effect of social media on employer brand and potential employees was examined. For this, the findings reached by conducting a literature study on social media and employer brand were discussed. In line with these findings, it was determined that social media is an effective tool on employer brand and potential employees. Based on this, a survey was carried at with Marmara University and Uludağ University students according to the simple random sampling method, which is one of the random sampling methods. In this survey, the participants were asked questions about social media and business life. The data obtained were analyzed with SPSS program. As a result of the analysis, it was observed that the findings reached gave a paralel result with the studies in the literature.
