Cafer Cabbarlı’nın tiyatro eserlerinde kadın sorunları üzerine eğitim açısından bir inceleme

Abstract

Bu tez; Azerbaycanlı sanatçı Cafer Cabbarlı’nın tiyatro eserlerindeki kadın sorunları, hakları ve eğitimi konularının incelendiği edebiyat temelli bir çalışmadır. Cafer Cabbarlı, 1915 yılından itibaren verdiği tiyatro eserlerinde kadın karakterler aracılığıyla kadının toplumdaki yerini, sosyolojik ve psikolojik açılardan ele almış bir yazardır. Yazar; çağdaş eğitimi, çağdaş dünyanın temeli olarak gördüğü için tiyatro eserlerinde realist bir tutum sergilemiş ve “toplum için sanat” ilkesini benimsemiştir. Bunu sağlarken romantik unsurlardan ve bireysel duyuşlardan da yararlanmıştır. Bu nedenle tiyatro eserlerindeki kadın karakterlerin yaşadığı zihinsel dönüşümlerin incelenmesi; çağdaş eğitim ve cinsiyet eşitliği hususlarında, toplumun zihniyetini güçlendirecek örnekler sunduğu için önemlidir. Eserlerin realist havasının içinde yer alan lirik detaylar, romantik unsurlar olarak kahramanların psikolojik durumlarının da aktarılmasını sağlamaktadır. Vefalı Seriyye veya Gözyaşı İçinde Gülüş, Solgun Çiçekler, Yıldız, Aydın, Od Gelini, Sevil, Elmas ve Dönüş isimli eserlerde kadınların varoluş mücadeleleri, ataerkil zihniyete karşı eğitime verdikleri önem, birey olarak yeterlilik duygusunu içselleştirmeleri durumları öne çıkmaktadır. Bu doğrultuda yazarın kadın sorunları noktasında eğitimi ele alış biçimi ve idealize ettiği dünya, özgün bir araştırma düzlemi hâline gelmektedir. Bu çalışma; yazarın hayatı ve yaratıcılığının dönemleri, kadın odaklı tiyatro eserleri ve bu eserlerde öne çıkardığı sorunlar, söz konusu sorunlara karşılık çözüm önerileri ve idealize ettiği dünya olmak üzere üç ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde yazarın hayatı ve yaratıcılığının dönemleri, realist tutumu incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde kadın sorunlarına eğildiği tiyatro eserleri belirlenip bu sorunları ele alış biçimine odaklanılmıştır. Üçüncü kısımda ise bu sorunlara getirdiği çözüm önerileri ve idealize ettiği dünya modeli, çağdaş eğitim sistemi bakımından ele alınmıştır. Kaynak tarama aşamasında, yazarın toplumda meydana getirdiği yeniliklerin basına yansıyan örnekleri ve sosyolojik boyutları incelenmiştir. Aynı zamanda dil ve üslup özellikleri, realist tutumuyla iç içe geçirdiği romantik unsurlar belirlenmiştir. Çalışmada yazarın düşüncelerini somutlaştırmak için eserlerinden yer yer alıntılar ve bu alıntıların Türkiye Türkçesine çevrilmiş hâlleri kullanılmıştır. Eserlerin verildiği dönemdeki zihniyet ve Azerbaycan coğrafyasındaki süreçler önemli olduğu için yazarın çağdaş eğitim konusundaki ideallerinin hangi temeller üzerine yükseldiği tespit edilip bu ideallerin Türk eğitim sistemindeki karşılığı ve eser kahramanlarının gelecek nesillerin vizyonunu nasıl etkileyebileceği değerlendirilmiştir.

This thesis is a literature-based study examining women's problems, rights and education in the theater works of Azerbaijani artist Cafer Cabbarlı. Cafer Cabbarlı is a writer who has discussed the place of women in society from sociological and psychological perspectives through female characters in his theater works since 1915. Writer; Since he saw modern education as the basis of the modern world, he exhibited a realistic attitude in his theater works and adopted the principle of art for society. While achieving this, he also benefited from romantic elements and individual feelings. For this reason, examining the mental transformations experienced by female characters in theater plays; It is important because it provides examples that will strengthen the mentality of the society in terms of contemporary education and gender equality. The lyrical details in the realistic atmosphere of the works also enable the psychological states of the heroes to be conveyed as romantic elements. In the works named Vefalı Seriyye veya Gözyaşı İçinde Gülüş, Solgun Çiçekler, Yıldız, Aydın, Od Gelini, Sevil, Elmas and Dönüş women's struggles for existence, the importance they attach to education against thepatriarchal mentality, and their internalization of the sense of competence as individuals come to the fore. In this direction, the author's approach to education in terms of women’s issues and the world he idealizes become an original research platform. This work; It consists of three main sections: the author's life and periods of creativity, women-oriented theater works and the problems she highlights in these works, suggestions for solutions to these problems, and the world she idealizes. In the first part, the author's life and periods of creativity and his realistic attitude were examined. In the second part, theater works that focus on women's issues are identified and the focus is on the way they address these issues. In the third part, the solutions he proposed to these problems and the world model he idealized are discussed in terms of the contemporary education system. During the source scanning phase, examples of the innovations that the author brought about in society, reflected in the press, and their sociological dimensions were examined. At the same time, its language and style characteristics, as well as the romantic elements it intertwined with its realistic attitude, were determined. In the study, quotations from the author's works and their translations into Turkish were used to concretize the author's thoughts.Since the mentality of the period in which the works were written and the processes in the geography of Azerbaijan are important, it was determined on what basis the author's ideals in contemporary education were based, and the counterpart of these ideals in the Turkish education system and how the heroes of the works could affect the vision of future generation were evaluated.
