İktidar, tarih ve kimlik : Sırp tarihyazımı ve tarih ders kitaplarında Osmanlı ve Habsburg imparatorluğu anlatısı

Abstract

Çalışma iktidar, tarih ve kimlik inşa süreçlerini sorgulayıp, bu üst yapısal süreçlerin birbiriyle olan ilişkisini ortaya çıkartır ve bunların geliştirdikleri mekanizmaları bütüncül ve eklektik bir perspektifte ele alır. Ayrıca siyasal hayat, ideoloji, eğitim, tarih eğitimi, ders kitapları ve tarih yazımı gibi alt yapıya dair süreçlerin iktidar, geçmiş anlatısı ve resmi kolektif kimlikle olan ilişkisini de irdeler. Tüm bu yapısal kırılmaları, farklılaşmaları ve süreklilikleri Sırplar, 1945-2020 dönemi ve Osmanlı ve Habsburg İmparatorluğu anlatıları üzerinden inceler. Bu doğrultuda iktidar, Sosyalist Yugoslavya, Milliyetçi-Geçiş ve AB ile etkileşim gibi farklı dönemlerde dahi ihtiyaç duyduğu rıza üretimini oluşturur. Bu üretimi gerçekleştirirken kullandığı ideoloji, eğitim politikaları, kolektif hafızayı ve kolektif kimliği inşa etme, tarih yazımını yönlendirme, biz ve ötekiyi belirleme, hatırlama ve unutmanın çerçevesini şekillendirme, kendi iktidarını meşrulaştırma ve haklılaştırma gibi süreçleri araçsallaştırır. Çalışmanın temel amacı Sırp tarihi özelinde 1946, 1974, 1989, 2012 ana kırılma dönemlerinde iktidarın tarih ve kimlik için geliştirdiği çerçeveye paralel olarak Osmanlı ve Habsburg anlatılarının izleklerinde farklılaşmaların ortaya çıktığını göstermektir.

The study questions the processes of power, history and identity construction, reveals the interrelationship of these supper processes and deals in a holistic and eclectic perspective with the mechanisms they develop. It also examines the relationship of infra structure lower processes such as political life, ideology, education, history education, textbooks and historiography with power, past narrative and official collective identity. It examines diffractions, differentiation and continuities of this whole structure for Serbs through the narratives of the Ottoman and Habsburg Empire throughout the 1945-2020 period. In this direction, power in different periods such as Socialist Yugoslavia, Nationalist-Transition and interaction with the EU manufacture the consent it needs. While carrying out this manufacture, it instrumentalizes processes such as the ideology, education policies, constructing collective memory and collective identity, guiding historiography, determining we/ the other, shaping the framework of remembering and forgetting, legitimizing and justifying its own power. By centering Serbian history, the study shows that in parallel with the framework developed by the power for history and identity during the main breaking periods of 1946, 1974, 1989 and 2012 there were also differences in the themes of the Ottoman and Habsburg narratives.
