Publication: Türkiye ve dünya ülkelerinde leasing uygulamaları, ortaya çıkabilecek sorunlara ilişkin çözüm yaklaşımları
Abstract
Borçlanmaya dayalı ekonomik yapısı nedeniyle dengeleri kurmakta zorluklar yaşayan ve yatırım düzeyi yeterli seviyede olmayan Türkiye için leasing önemli bir alternatif finansman yöntemidir. Leasing'in ülkemizde yaygınlaşmasına bağlı olarak yatırım düzeyi, üretim ve istihdam da artış sağlanabilecek böylece ekonomik dengelerin oturtulmasında önemli bir yol katedilecektir. Bu çalışma ile Türkiye'de ve Dünya ülkelerinde gerçekleştirilen leasing uygulamaları, sektörel gelişimler anlatılmaya çalışılmış, uygulamada ortaya çıkan sorunları çözümlemeye yönelik önerilerde bulunulmuştur. Türk Finansal Kiralama Şirketlerinin faaliyetleri ve geleceğe yönelik beklentileride, araştırma kapsamında hazırlanan anketle açıklanmıştır. Uygulamada ortaya çıkan sorunların temel nedenini, leasing'in özünün iyi kavranılmamış olması oluşturur. Leasing; finansal kiralama ve faaliyet kiralaması kavramlarını kapsayan, mutlak bir talebe bağlı olarak çalışan bir finansman yöntemidir. Ancak, Türkiye'de leasing finansal kiralama ile özdeşleştirilmekte ve faaliyet kiralaması, alt kiralama, sat ve geri kiralama türleri uygulanamamaktadır. Müşteri portföyünü arttırmak yönünde kiralama türlerini çeşitlendirmeye önem vermek, artan talebi karşılamak için leasing şirketlerinin kaynak yapısını güçlendirmek gerekir.
Leasing is a very important alternative financing method for Turkey that can not have a enough investment level because of its debt burden in its economic structure. Depends on the widespread of leasing in our country, level of ınvestment, production and employment will be able to increase.In this way the economic development can be accomplished. With this study sector developments, leasing practices that are carried out in Turkey and the world countries are explained and given advices for solving problems. By making survey, Turkish Financial Leasing Company operations and players' views in the future are also explained. The base of the leasing has not been understood well so that this situation causes of many problems. Leasing is a financing method which covers financial leasing and operating leasing, depends on making absolute demand for equipments to supply lessee. However, financial leasing is to only equate with leasing in Turkey, so operating leasing, sublease, sale and lease back are not carried out. As we give more notice than last, we should diversify leasing types to increase customer portfolio. We should also make a challenge, the stronger sources of funds are to seek out, the more quickly leasing companies service their customer.
