Abstract
Adalet Dairesi, İslâm Siyaset Düşüncesi, Sasanîler, Sırrü’l-esrar, Devlet, Sultan, Din, Hukuk, Ordu, Reâyâ ÖZET ADALET DAİRESİNİN TEŞEKKÜLÜ VE TEMEL KAVRAMLARI Bu tezde, Sasanîlerden XVI. asrın sonlarında Osmanlı’da telif edilen Kınalızâde’nin Ahlâk-ı Alâî’sine kadar uzanan bir dönemle sınırlı kalacak şekilde ortaçağ İslâm siyaset düşüncesinin en önemli siyasî-ahlâkî kavramlarından biri olan adalet dairesi kavramını ele aldık. Öncelikle, kısa ve uzun olmak üzere bu kavramın türlerini, unsurlarını, kaynaklarını, tanımlarını ve kullanıldığı bağlamları, kavramı zikreden eserleri ve bu eserlerin yazıldıkları devletleri tespit ederek kavrama dâir ayrıntılı ve bütünlüklü bir resim ortaya koymaya çalıştık. Daha sonra, ortaçağlar boyunca geçerli olan klâsik fizik, kozmoloji ve metafizikle ilişkisini kurarak adalet, daire ve adalet dairesi kavramlarının felsefî çerçevesini gösterdik. Son olarak, bu kavramı teşkil eden temel unsurlardan her birinin adalet dairesindeki kullanımlarını ayrıntılı bir biçimde inceledik. Ayrıca, yine bu temel unsurlardan her birinin siyasetnâme-nasihatnâme, fıkıh, tarih felsefesi ve amelî hikmet türleri açısından sahip oldukları çok boyutlu anlam alanlarını mukayaseli olarak analiz etmeye çalıştık. THE FORMATION OF THE CIRCLE OF JUSTICE AND ITS BASIC CONCEPTS In this study, we analyzed the term of the circle of justice which is one of the most important political and ethical concepts of the Islamic political thought in the middle age. We traced in this study the concept of the circle of justice from Sasanians to Ottoman Empire. Firstly, we divided the circle of justice into two parts as a short form and long form. We tried to draw a detailed and completed picture of this concept. Within this framework, we determined the basic elements, resources, definitions and contexts of this concept, and also, the books which refered to this concept and the states that these books were written there. Afterwards, we indicated philosophical background of the concepts of justice, circle and circle of justice by establishing a relationship between these concepts and classic physics, cosmology and metaphysics. Finally, we tried to analyze comparatively the basic elements of this concept in defference to multidimensional meanings in the various genres of Islamic political thought.
