Abstract
1.ÖZET Bu araştırmanın amacı; Düzce ilinde bulunan okullarda görev yapan beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin, cinsiyet, okul türü, çalıştığı kurumun niteliği, hizmet yılı ve okulun bulunduğu ilçeye bağlı olarak ders dışı etkinliklerinde spor alanlarını etkin kullanabilme üzerine görüşlerini alarak gereken çözüm önerilerini üretmektir. Araştırmanın örneklemini 2007–2008 eğitim-öğretim yılında Düzce ilinde kamu ve özel okullarda görev yapan, 15’i kadın, 61’i erkek olmak üzere toplam 76 beden eğitimi öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada gerekli bilgilerin toplanması için evreni oluşturan öğretmenlerin tümüne ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmanın amacına ilişkin veriler, Ankara Üniversitesi Beden Eğitimi ve Spor A.B.D. öğretim görevlisi Yrd. Doç. Dr. Nevin GÜNDÜZ tarafından hazırlanan anket formuyla toplanmıştır. Anketi oluşturan toplam 44 soru için 4’lü likert ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Anketimizdeki II. Bölüm (25 soru) için hesaplanan; Cronbach’s Alpha değeri .888 bulunmuştur. Anketimizdeki III. Bölüm (19 soru) için hesaplanan; Cronbach’s Alpha değeri .816 bulunmuştur. Bu değerler II. ve III. Bölüm sorularının güvenirliğinin çok yüksek olduğunu göstermektedir. Anketimizdeki tüm sorular için hesaplanan; Cronbach’s Alpha değeri .808 bulunmuştur. Bu değer anketimizin güvenilir olduğunu göstermektedir. Anketten elde edilen verilerle ilgili istatistiksel işlemler bilgisayar ortamında yapılmıştır. İstatiksel işlem olarak verilerin frekans ve yüzde (%) dağılımı alınmış ve değişkenlerin karşılaştırılmasında t-testi ve varyans analizi kullanılmıştır. İstatiksel anlamlılık için 0,05 anlamlılık düzeyi seçilmiştir. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgulara göre beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin; ders dışı etkinliklerin amaca uygun yapılması, öğrencilerin ilgi ve ihtiyaçları yönünde uygulanması,okulların işlevsel olması, okullarda ders içi ve ders dışı etkinliklerinde araç-gereç ve tesislerden tüm öğrencilerin faydalanması gerektiği, sportif faaliyetlerin güvenlik ve sağlık açısından özel alanlarda yapılması gerektiği, okul idaresinden kaynaklanan engellemeler ile ilgili görüşleri; cinsiyet, okul türü (ilköğretim-ortaöğretim), kurum niteliği (kamu-özel), hizmet yılı ve okulun bulunduğu ilçeler arasındaki farkın anlamlı olduğu belirlenmiştir. Kamu okullarında çalışan beden eğitimi öğretmenlerine göre, beden eğitimi etkinliklerinin amaca uygun yapılmasında ve amaca ulaşmasında tesis ve araç-gerecin önemli olduğu anlaşılmıştır. THE OPINIONS OF THE TEACHERS ON EFFECTIVE USING SPORTS PLACES ABOUT OUT-DOOR ACTIVITIES IN THE STATE-PRIVATE SCHOOL’S PHYSICAL EDUCATION IN DÜZCE The goal of this study is to take the views of the physical training teachers who are employed at schools in the province of Düzce about being able to use sport fields efficiently for their non-course activities, depending on their gender, school type, nature of the institution they are employed in, years of service, and the district where the school is located in, and to generate suggestions for solution. The sampling of the study consists of 76 physical training teachers in total, 15 of whom are women and 61 are men, who are employed in government and private schools in the province of Düzce in education year of 2007–2008. For the collection of the required data in the study, all teachers who constitute the universe have been reached. The data about the goal of the study were collected in the form of a questionnaire prepared by Asst. Assoc. Dr. Nevin GÜNDÜZ, a lecturer of Ankara University, Major of Physical Training and Sports. For 44 questions that constitute the questionnaire, Lickert scale of 4 was used. Cronbach’s Alpha value calculated for the IInd Section of our questionnaire (25 questions) was found as .888. Cronbach’s Alpha value calculated for the IIIrd Section of our questionnaire (19 questions) was found as .816. These values demonstrate that the reliability of the IInd and IIIrd Section questions is very high. Cronbach’s Alpha value calculated for all of the questions in our questionnaire was found as .808. This value demonstrates that our questionnaire is reliable. The statistical operations about the data obtained from the questionnaire were made on a computer. The frequency and percentage (%) distribution of the data as a statistical operation was taken and t-test and variance analysis were used for the comparison of variables. For statistical significance, 0,05 was selected as the significance level. According to the findings obtained from the study, the views of physical training teachers suggesting that non-course activities should be done in accordance with the particular purpose, these should be practiced in accordance with the needs and interests of students, schools should be functional, all students should benefit from the devices, tools and facilities in on-course and non-course activities at schools, sportive activities should be done in special areas with respect to safety and health, and their views about the obstructions from the school administration were given; and it was determined that the difference between genders, school types (primary school-secondary school), nature of the institution (government-private), years of service, and the districts where the school is located in was significant. It was understood that the facilities and tools and devices were important for the practice of physical training activities in accordance with the purpose and for the accomplishment of the purpose, according to the views of the physical training teachers who are employed in government schools. İlk, orta ve lise öğrenimini Düzce’nin Akçakoca İlçesinde tamamladı. 1997 yılında Abant İzzet Baysal Üniversitesi Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Öğretmenliği Bölümüne girdi ve 2002 yılında mezun oldu. 2002-2004 yıllarında Badminton antrenörlüğü ve hakemliği yaptı. 2005 yılında Marmara Üniversitesi Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Spor Yöneticiliği Yüksek Lisans programına başladı. 2005 yılında MEB tarafından Düzce iline beden eğitimi öğretmeni olarak atandı. Halen İstanbul ili Üsküdar ilçesinde beden eğitimi öğretmeni olarak görev yapmaktadır. C.V. Zeliha Esra Basar is borned in İstanbul in1979. She went elemantery school, middle and high school in Duzce, Akcakoca. She began to Abant İzzet Baysal University Physical Education and Sports in 1997 and graduated in 2002. She was badmington trainer and arbiter for 2002 to 2004. She began Marmara University Physical Education and Sports Manegament for master degree. She is appointed to Duzce as a Phisycal Education Teacher from MEB. Currently, she is working as a Phisycal Education Teacher in İstanbul, Uskudar.
