Bir tekstil şirketinde doğrusal programlama ile orta vadeli üretim planlaması

Abstract

Yöneylem araştırmasının kullanım alanları çok çeşitlidir. Bunlardan biride şirketlerin optimum çözüme ulaşması yöntemidir.İmalat sektöründeki firmalar üretim planlamanın karar verme sürecinin önemi üzerinde dururlar.Yöneylem araştırmasının tüm alt alanları karar verme probleminin çözümüyle uğraşır. Üretim planlamada geniş uygulama alanı bulan doğrusal programlama günümüzde sık kullanılan bir karar verme mekanizmasıdır. Doğrusal programlama yöneylem araştırmasının dışında işletme, ekonomi, muhasebe gibi konularlada ilgilenir.Doğrusal programlama kaynakların optimum dağılımının, en uygun karın ve en düşük maliyetin belirlenmesinde kullanılır. Türkiyede tekstil endüstrisine bakarsak hiçbir şirketin planlanmış bir üretim sisteminin bulunmadığı görülür. Tekstil sektörleri uzun yıllara dayanan tecrübe ile üretim planlama şemalarını kendileri oluşturur.Tekstil ve benzeri sektörlerde yöneylem araştırmasının kullanımı, akışları ortaya çıkarmak ve sürecin aksayan yönlerini düzelterek iyileştirmektir. Çalışmada üretim planlamada kullanılan modeller ile, doğrusal programlama modelleri ana hatlarıyla sunulmuştur.Uygulamada ise üretimin yapısından dolayı incelenen metod ve tekniklerden en uygunları ilişkilendirilerek, oluşan modelde maliyetin mininumlaştırılması hedeflenmiştir. 1.Bölümde üretim planlaması detaylı bir şekilde incelenmiştir. 2.Bölümde doğrusal programlama konu ve yöntemleriyle ayrıntılı anlatılmıştır. 3.bölümde ise uygulama kısmı yer almakatadır. Son bölümde de sonuçlar yorumlanmıştır. Usage fields of operational research are various. One of these is the method of reaching optimum problem solving by the companies. Firms in the production sector emphasise the importance of decision making process of production planning. All the sub-fields of operational research deal with the solving of decision making process. Linear programming, which is widely used in the production planning process, is a frequently used decision making mechanism in the today. Linear programming, besides operational research deals with subjects like, business administration, economy, accounting. Linear programming is used in optimum allocation of resources, the most suitable profit, and determination of the lowest cost. If we look at the textile industry in Turkey, we will see that none of the companies has a planned production system. The textile sectors with experience based on long years, form their production planning schemes by themselves. Using of operational research in the textile and similar sectors, is revealing trends and improving the process by correcting the defective its aspects. In the work,linear programming models are explained with models, used in production planning. Inpractice, due to the structure of the production the examined method, and relating the most suitable of the techniques, aims at minimising the cost of the formed models. 1st Part - Production planning, examined in details. 2nd Part - Linear programming explained in details with its topics and methods. 3rd Part - Application part.
