Bilişim sektöründeki şirketlerinin mali performanslarının analizi

Abstract

Bilişim sektöründeki gelişmeler hayatın her alanına uzanan yeni gelişmeleri beraberinde getirmiş olup üretim, eğitim, siyaset gibi alanlarda önemli ve hızlı değişikliklerin yaşanmasına yol açmıştır. Buda bilişim sektöründe faaliyet gösteren şirketlerin sayısının artmasına neden olmuştur. Bilişim sektörünün farklı alanlarda hizmet vermesi ve yoğun rekabet koşulları altında faaliyet göstermeleri bilişim şirketlerinin yönetimini zorlaştırmaktadır. Bilişim şirketlerinin ağır rekabet koşulları altında mali yapılarını güçlendirmeleri, rakiplerini incelemeleri, yeni fon kaynakları bulmaları, kaynaklarını etkin kullanmaları, risklerini hesaplamaları sürdürülebilirlikleri açısından büyük önem taşımaktadır. Buda bilişim şirketlerinin mali yapılarının analizini zorunlu hale getirmiştir. Bilişim şirketlerinin mali performanslarının analizinde COPRAS ve TOPSIS yöntemlerinden faydalanılabilir. Çalışmada 2017-2021 döneminde BIST’da kayıtlı bilişim şirketlerinin performansları analiz edilmektedir. Çalışmada kriter olarak 14 mali oran kullanılarak şirketlerin sıralaması COPRAS ve TOPSIS yöntemleriyle yapılmıştır. Çalışmada COPRAS yöntemi ile elde edilen sonuçlara göre en başarılı performans gösteren şirket 2017 yılında LINK, 2018-2021 yıllarında ESCOM olmuştur. TOPSIS yöntemi ile elde edilen sonuçlara göre ise en başarılı performans gösteren şirket 2017-2021 yıllarında LINK olmuştur

The developments in the informatics sector have brought along new developments extending to all areas of life and have led to significant and rapid changes in areas such as production, education and politics. This has led to an increase in the number of companies operating in the IT sector. The fact that the IT sector provides services in different fields and operates under intense competition conditions makes the management of these companies difficult. It is of great importance for IT companies to strengthen their financial structures, examine their competitors, find new funding sources, use their resources effectively, and calculate their risks under heavy competition conditions. This has made it necessary to analyze the financial structures of IT companies. COPRAS and TOPSIS methods can be used in the analysis of financial performance of IT companies. In the study, the performances of IT companies registered in BIST in the period of 2017-2021 are analyzed. In the study, 14 financial ratios were used as criteria and the ranking of companies was made by COPRAS and TOPSIS methods.According to the results obtained with the COPRAS method in the study, the most successful company was LINK in 2017 and ESCOM in 2018-2021. According to the results obtained with the TOPSIS method, the most successful company was LINK in 2017-2021.
