Abstract
CUMHURİYET DÖNEMİ TÜRKİYESİ'NDE İŞÇİ HAREKETLERİNİN GELİŞİMİ (1923-1946) Bu çalışma, Türkiye'de cumhuriyetin ilan edilmesinden 1946'ye dek geçen dönemde işçi hareketlerinin izlediği seyri irdelemektedir. Tez, giriş kısmından sonra üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmanın ilk bölümünde, cumhuriyet öncesi dönemde işçi hareketlerinin tarihsel gelişimi ana hatlarıyla ele alınmaktadır. İkinci bölümde, 1923-1946 döneminin iktisadi görünümü ortaya konmakta, döneme damgasını vuran iktisadi gelişmeler, uygulanan ekonomi politikaları irdelenmektedir. Üçüncü bölümde ise, çalışmanın kapsamına giren 1923-1946 döneminde işgücünün genel görünümünden, işçi ücretleri ve çalışma mevzuatından bahsedildikten sonra, işçi örgütlenmelerini etkileyen unsurlar ve bu dönemde gerçekleştirilen işçi örgütlenmeleri ve işçi eylemleri ayrıntılı olarak incelenmektedir. ler, işçi örgütleri, işçi hareketleri, işçi ücretleri, sendikalar.
DEVELOPMENT OF LABOUR MOVEMENTS IN THE REPEBLICAN ERA OF TURKEY (1923-1946) This study examines the status of labour movements after the proclamation of the republic in Turkey until the year 1946. The thesis consists of three parts after passing the introduction. In the first part of the study, the historical development of labour movements in the pre-republic period is discussed generally. In the second part, it is presented the economic outlook of the time period between the years of 1923-46, probing economic developments that have left a mark on that time and the applied economic policies. In the last part, after it is mentioned the general situation of the labour class, labour wage and legislations in the time period of 1923-1946 which is in the context of the study; factors that have affected the forming labour unions and existing labour organizations and strikes in that time will be discussed in detail.
