Abstract

2012 yılından beri kullanılan RPA teknolojisi işletmelerin dijital dönüşüm süreçlerinde kullandıkları en popüler teknolojilerden biri haline gelmiştir. Bu çalışmasının amacı, birçok işletme tarafından kullanılan RPA teknolojisini incelemek ve diğer çalışmaların aksine, geçmişte RPA projelerinde çalışmış veya halihazırda RPA projelerinde çalışan kişilerin perspektifinden RPA teknolojisini değerlendirmektir. Çalışma kapsamında ilk olarak RPA kavramından ve bu kavram ile ilişkili konulardan söz edilmiştir. Ardından istatiksel analizler yürütülmüş, hipotezler türetilmiş ve bu hipotezler test edilmiştir.

RPA technology, which has been in use since 2012, has become one of the most popular technologies used by companies in their digital transformation processes. This study aims to examine the RPA technology used by many companies and unlike most studies, the RPA technology from the perspectives of the employees who worked previously on the RPA projects or are currently working on these projects. The study first mentioned the concept of RPA and the issues associated with this concept. Then the statistical analyzes were performed, the hypotheses were derived, and these hypotheses were tested.
