Ömer Çam Hoca hayatı, eserleri ve eğitim anlayışı

Abstract

Son yıllarda yaşanan toplumsal gelişmelerin neticesinde eğitim ile ilgili gelişmelerin de toplumsal gelişmelere cevap vermesi kaçınılmaz görülmektedir. Çünkü bir ülkede toplumsal alandaki gelişmeler ne kadar hızlı değişirse, eğitim faaliyetleri de ülkenin ihtiyaçlarını karşılayabilmesi için, o hızlı değişim ve gelişime ayak uydurmak durumundadır. Bu çalışma ile Ömer Çam dönemindeki eğitim faaliyetlerini ele alarak hem kendi eğitim anlayışını hem de günümüz eğitim gelişmelerine ne gibi katkıda bulunduğunu ortaya çıkarmak için hazırlanmaya çalışılmıştır. Eğitim faaliyetlerinde her ne kadar kısa bir süre geçse de bazı değişikliğe gidildiği görülmüştür. Bunun yanında Ömer Çam döneminin eğitim faaliyetlerindeki bazı eksikliklerin günümüzde de devam etmekte olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Bu eksikliklerin arasında eğitimci kesimin hayatlarındaki sorunları ve eğitim sisteminin sürekli değişkenliği ön plana çıkmaktadır. In recent years as a result of the social developments, it is shown that the developments about the education answer the social developments. Because in a country if social developments change fastly, education activities must also take changes to supply needs of the country. This study in which education activities were looked over in the period of Ömer Çam was prepared both to explain his understanding education and also how he contributed to educational developments in this time. İt was seen that education activities have had some changes however it has been a short time. Besides it is understood that some deficiencies which were done about education activities in the period of Ömer Çam are still continuing today. Problems in the life of educators and changeabling continuous of educational systems stand out firstly among these deficiencies.
