Pert modellerinin hedef programlama ile hızlandırılması ve inşaat sektörüne bir uygulama

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın konusu yatırımların gerçekleştirilmesinde var olduğu bilinen süre ile maliyet arasındaki ilişkinin esaslarının incelenmesidir.Çalışmanın amacı ise gerçekleştirme süresi ile maliyetiarasındaki bu ilikiyi belirlemeye yönelik bir doğrusal hedef programlama modeli geliştirmektir.Sözkonusu model proje için hazırlanan şebekeyi esas alarak bu şebeke üzerinde ardışık olarak sıkıştırmalar yapmakta ve projenin gerçekletirme süresini giderek kısaltmaktadır.Sıkıştırmalarda göz önünde tutulan nokta,projenin gerçekletirme süresindeki her birim kısalmasının minumum maliyet artışına neden olacak şekilde gerçekletirilmesidir Bu çalişmanın içeriği ise proje yönetim gerçeğini belirten ve örnek olay uygulaması ile Tamamlanan bir inşaat projesi uygulama çalışmasından oluşmaktadır.Örnek uygulamamızda , ilk önce CPM-PERT proje yönetim tekniği uygulanarak projemizin süresi hızlandırılmaya ve projemizin toplam maliyeti düşürülmeye çalışılmaktadır.İkinci uygulamamızda ise doğrusal hedef programlama tekniği ile hızlandırma işlemi yapılarak projemizin süresi inimize edilmeye çalışılmakta ve projemizin toplam maliyeti azaltılmaya yoğunlaşılmaktadır.Bu araştırma sonucunda bir pert modelinin hedef programlama ile hızlandırılmasına 1. hızlandırma ve 2. hızlandırma şeklinde model geliştirilmiştir.Karar vericiye önemli bir araç sağlanmış olmaktadır.

This subject of my study is analyzing the relationship of basic financial cost and the known duration time in to be come true investments. The goal of the work is that implication between the financial and realized duration to develop a model of linear goal programing .For the mentioned model Project to be considered as a network prepared they make it continually realized forced and it has got shortened the duration time of this Project .To be considered point in forcing the accounted duration time of the Project as become true of minimun financial increase for each unit. Consisting of this study is to show the reality administration sample event practicing with the a completed building Project in our sample practicing at first using the CPM-PERT Project administration technique to speed up the duration time of the Project, it has been shortened total cost.In our second practicing linear goal programming technique it has been minimized with making speed up our Project duration time and it has been tried on focusing hortage total administration cost of our Project .At the and of this research to speed up with a model of goal programme.1.speed up and 2. it has been improved this model .To make decision fort the important it has been supplied.
