İstanbul ‘da I. matbaacılar sitesindeki matbaaların işletme sistemi ve üretim analizi

Abstract

İSTANBUL'DAKİ 1. MATBAACILAR SİTESİNDEKİ MATBAALARIN İŞLETME SİSTEMİ VE ÜRETİM ANALİZİ Günümüzde işletmelerin varlıklarını sürdürebilmeleri için kaliteli ve verimli üretim yapmaları gerekmektedir. Kaliteli ve verimli üretimin gerçekleşmesinde pek çok etken bulunmaktadır. Bu etkenler kullanılan makinalar, kullanılan malzemeler, üretim alanının şartları gibi fiziksel etkenlerin yanında, yönetim politikası, çalışanların mesleki bilgi ve ihtiyaçları da olabilmektedir. İşletme sistemi ve üretim analizi olarak sektörel değerlendirmeler yapabilmek amacı ile hazırlanmış olan anket, pilot bölge seçilen 1. Matbaacılar Sitesinde uygulanmıştır. Bu çalışmanın birinci bölümünde matbaa sektörü ile ilgili gerekli tanımlamalar ve bilgiler verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde yapılan anketlerin sonuçları tablolar halinde verilerek, sonuçların değerlendirmeleri ve 1. Matbaacılar Sitesindeki sektörün yapılanması ile ilgili yorumlar yapılmıştır.

THE ANALYSIS OF THE PRODUCTION AND ADMINISTRATION SYSTEMS OF THE PRINTING OFFICES LOCATED IN THE PRINTING OFFICES DEVELOPMENT IN ISTANBUL Today it is necessary for companies to produce goods with a high quality and productivity in order to maintain their existence. There are many factors in the realization of high quality and profitable production. These factors may be the physical ones such as the machines and materials used, and the conditions of the production area along with the administration policies and the professional knowledge and needs of the employees. The survey which was prepared to enable us make judgments about the sector in terms of administration system and productivity analysis was applied in First Printing Offices Development, which was chosen as the pilot region. In the first section of this paper, the required definitions and information about the printing sector are given. In the second section, the analysis of the results of the survey was given in the form of a chart and interpretations about the structure of the sector in Printing Offices Development were presented.
