Eş'ari Usulünün oluşum sürecinde kıyas

Abstract

Eş‘arîlik, ortaya çıktığı dönem itibariyle İslam düşüncesini etkilemiş önemli bir mezheptir. Bu mezhebin oluşum sürecinde Ebû Bekir el-Bâkıllânî, İmâmü’l-Haremeyn el-Cüveynî, Gazzâlî gibi pek çok önemli âlim bulunmaktadır. Oluşum süreci itibariyle bu mezhebin fıkıh usûlüne katkılarını, kelâmî tartışmaların da odağında bulunan ta‘lîle dayalı kıyas meselesi üzerinden gözlemlemek mümkündür.

Ash‘arism is an important sect that influenced Islamic thought as of the period in which it emerged. There are many prominent scholars in the process of the formation of this sect such as Abu Bakr al-Bakıllani, Imam al-Haremayn al-Jüveyni and Gazzali. It is possible to observe the contributions of this sect to al-usul al-fiqh through the question of analogical deduction (qiyas) based on the reasoning (ta‘lil), which is also in the focus of theological discussions.
