Abstract
Bunalım, Kapitalist Ekonomi, Finansal Kriz, 2008 Krizi, Resesyon ÖZET DÜNYA EKONOMİK BUNALIMLARI: 2008 KRİZİNE ELEŞTİREL BİR BAKIŞ 2007 yılında ABD ipotekli konut kredilerinin taksitlerinin büyük oranlarda ödenemeyişi ile ortaya çıkan ve hızla finans piyasalarının tümünü saran kriz, tüm dünya ölçeğinde derinleşerek yaygınlaşmış ve 21. yüzyılın ilk büyük bunalımı halini almıştır. Dünya ölçeğinde yaygın ve sarsıcı olan 2008 krizi, kapitalizmin içerisinde bulunduğu uzun dönemli kriz ile birlikte değerlendirilmelidir ve kriz alınan tüm önlemlere rağmen etkisini sürdürmektedir. 2008 krizinin ve krizi önlemek amacıyla uygulamaya konulan politikaların toplumsal sonuçları açısından, dünya genelinde neredeyse mutlak çoğunluğunu emekçi sınıfların oluşturduğu kitleler isyan etmekte, muazzam kitle protestoları gerçekleştirmekteler. Bu çalışmanın amacı, 2008 krizini öne çıkan çeşitli görüşler çerçevesinde tartışmak, krize dair çeşitli yaklaşımları faklı analiz düzeylerini göz önünde bulundurarak ele almak ve günümüz dünya ekonomik krizini benimsediğimiz çerçeveden hareketle toplumsal sonuçlara yol açan dinamikleri açıklamaktır. WORL ECONOMIC DEPRESSIONS: A CRITICAL VIEW ON THE ECONOMIC CRISIS 2008 The crisis that arose from the failures to repaymortgage loans inthe USAand spread quickly all over thefinancial markets in 2007, deepenedacross the world andbecame the first great depression of the 21st century. The crisis, which was widespread and traumatic across the globe, should be evaluatedin conjunction withthe long-standing crisisof capitalismwhile the impacts of the crisis stillprevail despite all the measures taken. In parallel with the social consequences of the 2008 crisis and ofthe policies implemented in order to solve it, large masses of people, almostan absolutemajority of whichconsist of the working classes, are rising up and carrying out immense mass protests. The aim of this study is to discuss the 2008 crisis within the scope ofseveral prominent views, toexamine different approaches by taking different levels of analysis into consideration, and to explain the dynamics of today's global economic crisis that leadto thosesocial consequences,with reference to the framework we adopt.
