Akıllı kargo teslim dolapları için sesli asistan desteği

Abstract

Günümüzde E-Ticaretin yaygınlaşması ve artan kullanım hacmi, bu alanda birçok problemi de beraberinde getirmiştir. Bunların başında kargo teslimat problemleri gelmektedir. Özellikle mesai saatleri içerisinde kargonun adreste teslim alınamaması sonucu oluşan yığılmalar, kargo teslimatında gecikmelere yol açmaktadır. Bunun bir sonucu olarak da iş gücü kaybı ve maliyet artışı sorunları ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bu sorunları gidermek, verimliliği artırmak ve kargoların 7/ 24 teslimatını sağlamak amacı ile kargo teslimat dolapları üretilmiştir. Standart kargo dolaplarının sağladığı kolaylıkların yanında, engelli bireylere ve pandemi süreci ile birlikte artan hijyenik kaygılara cevap verebilir olması bu birimlerin akıllı kargo dolabı olarak geliştirilmesini gerekli kılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, sesli yanıt özelliğinin yanında kargo iade ve yeni kargo gönderme özelliklerine sahip olarak tasarlanan Sesli Akıllı Kargo Dolabı (SAKD) sistemi tanıtılmaktadır. Geliştirilen bu sistemin sesli yanıt özelliği ile kullanıcılar tüm kargo teslimat işlemlerini gerçekleştirebilirler. Bu şekilde görme engelli ve/ veya temassız kullanım talebinde bulunan kullanıcılar için etkin bir kargo hizmeti verilmektedir. Akıllı kargo dolabı sesli yanıt özelliğine ek olarak, kargo iade ve yeni kargo gönderme işlemlerine sahip olacak şekilde tasarlanmıştır. Yeni özelliklerin eklenmesi ile oluşturulan SAKD sistemi, bu alanda etkin kullanım ve yüksek bir verimlilik sağlayan bir alternatif yaklaşımı ortaya koymaktadır.

Today, the spread of e-commerce and its increasing usage volume have brought many problems in this field. The first of these is cargo delivery problems. Particularly, the backlogs that occur as a result of not receiving the cargo at the address during working hours cause delays in cargo delivery. As a result of this, labor loss and cost increase problems arise. Cargo delivery cabinets have been produced in order to eliminate these problems, increase efficiency and ensure 24/ 7 delivery of cargo. In addition to the conveniences provided by standard cargo lockers, their ability to respond to disabled individuals and the increasing hygienic concerns with the pandemic process necessitates the development of these units as smart cargo lockers. In this study, the Voice Intelligent Cargo Locker (SAKD) system, which is designed with voice response features as well as cargo return and new cargo sending features, is introduced. With the voice response feature of this developed system, users can perform all cargo delivery transactions. In this way, an effective cargo service is provided for visually impaired and/ or users who request contactless use. The smart cargo locker is designed to have a voice response feature, as well as return cargo and send new cargo. The SAKD system, created with the addition of new features, presents an alternative approach that provides effective use and high efficiency in this field.
