Abstract
KENDİNDEN YAPIŞKANLI RULO ETİKETLERİN ÜRETİM AŞAMALARI Günümüzde ürünler tüketici bilincinin de artmasıyla teker teker ambalajlanarak son kullanıcıya ulaştırılmaktadır. Bu işlem sayesinde tüketici ürün hakkındaki tüm bilgiye yani ürünün kimliğine kolaylıkla ulaşmaktadır. Son kullanıcının ürün kimliğine ulaşması da ürüne güven duyulup tercih edilmesine neden olmaktadır. Ürünlerin üzerinde bulunan etiketlerde firma ile ilgili bilginin yanı sıra son kullanma, içerisinde bulunan maddeler, ürünün kullanım şekli, ihtiva ettiği yan ürünler gibi birçok konuda bilgi bulunmaktadır. Amaç hem tüketiciyi bilgilendirmek hem de ambalajlama sayesinde ürünü dış etkenlerden korumaktır. Kendinden yapışkanlı rulo etiketlerin yapısı üst tabaka, yapışkan tabaka, silikon tabaka ve taşıyıcı arka tabaka olmak üzere dört katmandan oluşmaktadır. Burada kullanılan malzeme kendinden yapışkanlı rulo etiketin kullanılacağı zemine göre farklılıklar göstermektedir. Yapılan araştırmanın ilk bölümünde kendinden yapışkanlı rulo etiketin tanımlanması ve gelişim süreci açıklanmış bununla birlikte kendinden yapışkanlı rulo etiketlerin yapısı, fonksiyonları ve temel üretim süreci yine ilk bölümde anlatılmıştır. Kendinden yapışkanlı rulo etiketlerin kullanımında en önemli faktörlerden biri olan ve kendinden yapışkanlı etiketlerin yapısını oluşturan malzemeler ikinci bölümde açıklanmıştır. Kağıdın özellikleri, yüzey yapısı ve kartonlar yapısal olarak açıklanmıştır. Kendinden yapışkanlı rulo etiket üretiminde kullanılan temel baskı sistemleri, klişe çeşitleri ve makine türleri açıklanmıştır. Kendinden yapışkanlı rulo etiketlerde mürekkep seçimi, mürekkebin tanımı ve kendinden yapışkanlı rulo etiket baskı sisteminde kullanılan mürekkeplerin özellikleri de beşinci bölümde anlatılmıştır. Kendinden yapışkanlı rulo etiket üretiminde kullanılan yapıştırıcılar, taşıyıcı kağıt ve özellikleri açıklanarak rulo etiket üretim prosesinin açıklanması tamamlanmıştır
PRODUCTION PHASES OF SELF ADHESIVE STICKERS IN ROLL Today, products are packaged separately with the increase of consumer awareness and presented to the end users. With this operation the consumer can easily access to all information about the product, i.e. product identification. Having access to the product identification, the end use trusts and thus prefers the product. The stickers on the products provide information about the manufacturer along with many other information such as expiry date, ingredients, instructions to use, side products included. The aim here is both to provide information to the consumer and with packaging, to protect the product from external impacts. The structure of self adhesive stickers have fours layers which are the upper layer, adhesive layer, silicone layer and carrier lower layer. The material used in stickers vary depending on the surface to which the self adhesive sticker in roll will be attached. In the first chapter of the research made, self adhesive sticker in rolls is defined and development process is explained and in addition to this; the structure, functions and basic production process of self adhesive sticker in rolls are also described in the first chapter. Materials which form the structure of self adhesive stickers and witch are one of the most important elements of the use of self adhesive sticker in roll are explained in the second chapter. Characteristics of the paper, surface texture and cardboards are described structurally. Main printing systems type of printing plates and machine used in production of self adhesive stickers in rolls are explained. Ink selection for the self adhesive stickers in rolls, definition of the ink and the inks used in the printing system of the self adhesive sticker in rolls are described in the fifth chapter. The adhesives used in the production of self adhesive sticker in rolls, carrier paper and characteristics are described and the explanation of production process of self adhesive sticker rolls are completed.
