Bilgi sosyolojisi açısından ideolojik inşa : MTTB yayın organı örneği

Abstract

İletişimi, ilişkileri, toplumsal unsurları, yapıları ve sistemleri var eden bilgi kavramı, üzerinde uzlaşılmış ve uylaşılmış olan anlamlar evrenini ifade etmektedir. Bir toplumu somut ve soyut unsurları ile var eden, o toplumun gerçeklik olarak kabul ettiği bilgilerdir. Bu sebeple, toplumsal alanda mutlak hakikatler aramak beyhude bir çaba olacaktır. Toplumsal alan mutlak hakikatlerin değil, bireyler adedince var olabilecek gerçekliklerin evrenine işaret etmektedir. Bilginin bu tarifi, onun idealdeki toplumu inşa edebilme kapasitesini göstermektedir. Bilgi sosyolojisi, toplumsal alanı anlamaya çalışırken bu perspektifle bakmaktadır. Bilgi sosyolojisinin önemli bir temsilcisi olan Mannheim, İdeoloji ve Ütopya isimli çalışmasında toplumsal alanın ancak tarihsel süreci içerisinde anlaşılabileceğinin mümkün olduğunu söylemektedir. Bu tarihsel süreçte insan varlığının içine doğduğu gerçeklikler ile başlayan serüveni, bireysel tasvip, tenkit, tahayyül ve tasavvurları ile devam etmektedir. Bu süreçte, toplumsal alanda hem etkileyen hem de etkilenen konumunda bir birey olarak yerini almaktadır. Bir diğer deyişle, bireyin ütopyaları, ideolojilerle etkileşime girmekte ve hakim ideolojileri destekleme, tehdit etme ve yenilerini var etme potansiyeline sahiptir.Bu çalışmada, tarihsel sürecinde farklı dünya tasavvurlarını inşa etmek amacıyla yayınlanmış olan Milli Türk Talebe Birliği (MTTB)’nin Milli Gençlik Dergisi incelenmiştir. Dergi ideolojik analiz yöntemine göre analiz edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Tespit edilen birimler ve tayin edilen kategoriler üzerinden dergi ideolojik analizetabi tutulduğunda, İslamdüzenine göre inşa edilmiş siyasal ve toplumsal bir yaşam idealini barındırdığı görülmektedir. Dergide inşa edilmek istenen ideoloji, tüm toplumu kapsayan hakim bir ideoloji olma amacını taşımaktadır.Knowledge, which creates communication, relationships, social facts, structure, and systems, states the semantic world of consensus and convention. What creates a society with its concrete and abstract elements is what society accepts knowledge as its reality. For this reason, it will be in vain to seek absolute truth in the social field. The social field refers to a possible universe of reality as much as individuals not to absolute truth. This definition of knowledge shows its capacity to construct an ideal society. The knowledge of society has this perspective when considering the social field. Mannheim, who is one of the most important representatives of knowledge of sociology, says that the social field can be understood only in its historical process in his work of Ideology and Utopia. In this historical process and social realities, human being starts his life and maintains it with individual approvals, critiques, imaginations, and realizations. The individual takes up his position both as affecting and affected. In other words, the individual's utopias interact with ideologies. After this interaction, the individual's utopias can support and threaten the dominant ideology or create a new one.In this study, the journal of Milli Gençlik of Milli Türk Talebe Birliği (MTTB), which has published to construct several world imagination in its historical process, has examined. The journal has analyzed using the ideological analysis method. When it is subjected to ideological analysis through determined units and appointed categories, the results show that the journal has the ideal of political life and social living that is constructed by Islamic order. The ideology that the journal seeks to construct has the aim of being a dominant ideology that covers all the society.
