Türk dış ticaret dengesinde tekstil sektörünün rolü ve finansman olanakları

Abstract

TÜRK DIŞ TİCARET DENGESİNDE TEKSTİL SEKTÖRÜNÜN ROLÜ VE FİNANSMAN OLANAKLARI Bu çalışmanın amacı Türk Dış Ticaretinde Tekstil Sektörünün güncel durumunu ve finansman olanaklarını açıklamaktır. Tezin araştırma aşamasında dünyada tekstil sektörünün tarihçesi ele alınmıştır. Çünkü insanlık için barınma, beslenme ve giyinme gibi temel ihtiyaçlar tarihin her döneminde önemini korumuştur. Giyinme ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak için yapılan çalışmalar toplumlarda ayrı bir kültür oluşturmuştur. Çalışmada dünyadaki ticaret anlaşmaları da incelenmiş ve tekstil sektörü ticaretine katkıları irdelenmiştir. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde Türkiye’de tekstil sektörü ele alınmış, Osmanlı döneminden başlayarak sırayla Cumhuriyet dönemi ve güncel durum incelenmiştir. İhracat, ithalat, kapasite kullanım oranları, ücretler, katma değer ve devlet yardımlarına yer verilmiştir. Türk tekstil ve konfeksiyon sektörü de son yıllarda emek yoğun yapısını sermaye yoğun teknoloji haline getirmiştir. Sektör hala Türkiye ekonomisinin temelini oluşturan sektörlerden birisi olmaya devam etmektedir. Toplam üretim, dış ticaret, milli gelir ve katmadeğer ile öne çıkmaktadır. Son olarak Türk tekstil sektörünün finansal yapısı incelenmiş ve finansman kaynakları üzerinde durulup, genel bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır. Türk Tekstil sektörü önemli sorunlarla karşı karşıya bulunmasına rağmen , Türkiye ekonomisi için hayati değer taşıyan konumunu korumaktadır. Sektör bu özelliğinden dolayı sorunların üstesinden gelinmesini ve üzerinde çalışılmasını hak etmektedir. THE ROLE AND FINANCIAL POSSIBILITIES OF TEXTILE SECTOR IN TURKISH EXTERNAL TRADE The purpose of this work is to explain the current situation and financial possibilities of the textile sector in Turkish external trade. At the research part of the thesis, you can observe the historical background of the textile sector. Because the basic necessities ,such as feeding, sheltering and dressing, are always important for humanity for all periods of history. The workings to provide dressing necessities constitutes a culture in time. In this thesis, trade agreements in the world are also analyzed and its additions into the textile sector trade considered. At the second part of the research, you can see the details of Turkish textile sector from Ottoman Empire to the Republican Regime to the current period. This part includes export, import, capacity usage rates, fees, added values and public aid. Turkish textile and confection sector made the labor consistent to the capital consistent technology. It is still the most important sector that constitutes the Turkish economy. It sticks out with total production, foreign trade, national income and added value. Listly, you can observe the financial structure of Turkish textile sector and its financial resources are examined with a general evaluation. Although Turkish textile sector has serious problems, its vital position is carrying on for Turkish economy. Because of this reason, textile sector deserves solving its problems and working on it.
