Abstract

VERGİYE DİRENCİN AZALTILABİLMESİ İÇİN KAMU HİZMETLEİNE YÖNELİK ALGILAMALAR NASIL İYİLEŞTİRİLEBİLİR Çalışmamızda, vergiye direncin azaltılabilmesi için kamu hizmetlerine yönelik algılamaların nasıl iyileştirilebileceği sorusuna yanıt aranmıştır. Bu anlamda yedi ana bölüm altında incelenen çalışmamızın kapsamını; vergilemenin kavramsal çerçevesi, vergi psikolojisi ve amaçları, vergi direnci ve vergi direncinin karşıt kavramı olan vergiye gönüllü uyum ile çalışmamızın temel sorusuna cevap oluşturabilme olasılığı yüksek görünen kamu hizmetine yönelik algılamaların iyileştirilmesine ilişkin yapılan ve yapılması muhtemel çalışmaların değerlendirilmesi oluşturmaktadır. HOW THE PERCEPTIONS ON PUBLIC SERVICES CAN BE IMPROVED TO DECREASE THE RESISTANCE TO TAX In our study, the response to the question of how the perceptions regarding public services can be improved to decrease the resistance to tax was searched. In this sense, the scope of our study examined under seven main chapters comprises conceptual framework of taxation, tax psychology and objectives, tax resistance and voluntary adaptation to tax, being the reverse concept of tax resistance and the evaluation of the studies made or to be made possibly on the improvement of the perceptions to public services that seems to form response the main question of our study.
