Bir Grup Hemşirelik Öğrencisinde Anne-Baba BağlanmaBiçimlerinin Kişilerarası İlişkilere Etkisi

Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalışma hemşirelik öğrencilerinde anne-baba bağlanmabiçimlerinin kişilerarası ilişkilere etkisini incelemek, sonuçlar doğrultusunda öğrencilere bağlanma biçimlerine dair içgörü düzeylerini ve kişilerarası ilişkilerini geliştirmeye yönelik önerilerde bulunmak amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir.Gereç ve Yöntem: Bu çalışma tanımlayıcı-ilişki arayıcı olarak planlanmıştır.Bulgular: Öğrencilerin ABBÖ kapsamında en yüksek puanı İlgi/Kontrol Anne alt boyutundan, en düşük puanı ise Aşırı Koruma Annealt boyutundan aldıkları, KTÖ kapsamında en yüksek puanı BaskınTarz alt boyutundan, en düşük alt boyut puanını ise Alaycı Tarz altboyutundan aldıkları saptanmıştır. Öğrencilerin anne ve babalarınabağlanma biçiminin ve kişilerarası ilişki tarzlarının olumlu olduğu,anne-babaya bağlanma düzeyi arttıkça olumsuz kişilerarası ilişkitarzlarının azaldığı saptanmıştır (p<0.05).Sonuç: ABBÖ ve KTÖ puan ortalamaları karşılaştırıldığında eldeedilen korelasyon katsayıları anne-baba bağlanma düzeyinin artışıyla paralel olarak kişilerarası ilişki tarzlarının olumlu yöndeetkilendiğini göstermektedir. Bu doğrultuda hemşirelik eğitim müfredatında hemşirelikte kişilerarası ilişkiler, iletişim ve bağlanma algılarını geliştirmeye yönelik derslerin verilmesi, öğrencilere yönelikeğitimler ve rol-play gibi eğitsel faaliyetlerin planlanmasının yararlıolacağı öngörülmektedir.

Objective: This study has been carried out in order to investigate the effects of parental attachment styles on interpersonal relationships, and, according to the findings, to provide suggestions for improving students’ interpersonal relationships and their insights on attachment types. Methods: This is a descriptive-correlational study. Results: It was found in the study that students had highest scores in the Attention/Control Mother subscale and lowest scores in the Overprotection Mother subscale in PAS, while they had the highest scores Dominant Type subscale and lowest scores in the Mocking Type subscale of ISS. According to PAS-Attention and Protection subscale mean scores, the participating students perceived their attitudes toward their parents as moderately-positive, and found their mothers more caring than their fathers. Negative interpersonal relationship styles of students’ were found to decrease as their parental attachment levels increase (p<0.05). Conclusion: Correlation coefficients obtained by a comparison of PAS and ISS indicate that there was a positive correlation between parental attachment level and interpersonal relationship styles. Considering the importance of interpersonal relationships, communication and attachment in nursing, it is anticipated that nursing students could benefit from amendments to the curriculum, trainings, and activities such as role-plays.
