Abstract
Bu makale uluslararası enerji sektöründe karşılaşılan uyuşmazlıkların çözümü için gerekli olan hususları efradınıcami ağyarını mâni bir şekilde ifade etmiştir. Makalede öncelikle enerji sektörünün diğer sektörlere göre nedendaha fazla uyuşmazlığa konu olduğu incelenmiş daha sonra ise tarafların bu uyuşmazlıklarla nasıl etkili bir şekildemücadele edecekleri açıklanmıştır. Petrol ve gaz piyasalarında bulunan uyuşmazlık çeşitleri, her birinin ayrı ayrıavantajlarıyla beraber uyuşmazlık çözüm yöntemleri, uluslararası tahkim için yasal çerçeve bu makalede tartışılmıştır. Yazar burada uyuşmazlık çözüm maddelerinin nasıl dizayn edileceğini ve hakem ve kurul atanmasının nasılyapılacağını göstermiştir. Makalede bir bölüm özel olarak devletleri içeren uyuşmazlıklara ayrılmıştır. Son olarakise uluslararası tahkimin kanayan yarası olan aşırı masraf ve süre problemi tartışılmış ve buna muhtemel çözümlerönerilmiştir.Bu makale değindiği her konu için oldukça geniş referans kaynaklar göstermiştir.
