El-Hüseyni el-Yezdi’nin el-Urâza fil-Hikâyeti’s-Selcûkiyye adlı Farsça eserinin Türkçe tercümesi

Abstract

Bu çalışma, Büyük Selçuklular ve Irak Selçukluları hakkındaki el-Urâza fî'l-Hikâyeti's-Selcûkiyye (Selçukluların Hikayesi Hakkında Armağan) adlı Farsça eserin Türkçe tercümesini ihtiva etmektedir. Çalışma, giriş kısmı, iki bölüm ve bir ekten oluşmaktadır. el-Urâza, Melikşah'a atfedilen medenî hukuka dair 6 maddelik ahkam içermektedir ki bu konudaki tek kaynaktır. Muahhar bir devirde telif edilmiş olmasına rağmen el-Urâza önemli bir kaynak konumundadır. Buna rağmen modern Selçuklu tarihçileri tarafından yeterince (ve bazen hiç) kullanılmamıştır.

This study contains the Turkish translation of Persian al-Urâda fî'l-Hikâyeti al-Seljûkiyyah (Present About the Story of the Seljuks) about Great Seljuks and the Iraqi Seljuks. The work consists of an introduction, two section and an appendix. al-Urâda contains 6 articles of civil law attributed to Malikshah, which is the only source on this subject. Al-Urâda is an important resource, although it has been compiled in a late period. Nevertheless, it was not used sufficiently (and sometimes not at all) by modern Seljuk historians.
