ESNEKLİK, GÜVENCESİZLİK VE SENDİKALAR

Abstract

Özet: 1970li yıllardan bu yana üretim süreçlerinin esnekliğine bağlı olarak emek süreçlerinde de esneklik artmış ve yaygınlaşmıştır. Böylece emekçiler 19. yüzyıl boyunca sürdürdükleri mücadelelerle elde ettikleri haklarını ve kazanımları da kaybetmeye başlamış ve güvencesizleşmişlerdir. Bu çalışmada esnekliğe ve güvencesizliğe karşı sendikaların durumu ele alınmaya çalışılacaktır.

Abstract: Since the 1970s, depending on the flexibility of production processes and increased flexibility in the labor process has become widespread. Thus, the rights gained by workers continued their struggle and achievements during the 19th century began losing and have become precarious. The status of trade unions against flexibility and precariousness in this study will be discussed.
