Çin Doğrudan Yabancı Yatırımlarının Küresel Ekonomideki Konumu ve Kuşak –_x000D_ Yol Projesinin Önündeki Engeller_x000D_

Abstract

Çalışma son 30 yıl içinde küresel ticaret ve sermaye içinde artan nüfusu ve büyüyen üretim,teknoloji dinamiği ile etkisi artan Çin ekonomisin geçmiş ve gelecekle ilgili pozisyonuna ışıktutmayı amaçlamaktadır. Küresel ticaret ve sermaye piyasasında dünya ekonomisinde itici birgüç haline gelen bu Asya ülkesi geçen yüz yıl gelişmiş sanayi ülkelerine rakip olmaya başlamıştır.Bu rekabetin gelecek dönemlerde sadece ekonomi alanında değil küresel siyaset içinde dehızlanacağı ve yeni politik kutuplaşmalara zemin hazırlayacağı varsayılmaktadır. Çalışma Çin’inküresel ticari güç olma yolunda iken küresel politikadaki artacak rolünün üzerinde durmayıhedeflemektedir. Giriş bölümünün başındaki bilgi bağlantıları ile de Çin’i 1980 sonrası büyüksıçrayışa götüren alt yapı faktörleri açığa çıkartılacaktır. Bugünün Çin Ekonomisinin küreselsermaye ve ticaret sistemini yönlendirme kapasitesi sahip olduğu avantajlar- dezavantajlarçerçevesinde sorgulanacaktır. Devamında ülkenin doğrudan yatırımları çekebilme özelliğindenküresel net yatırımcı olma süreci ve devamlılığını etkileyecek olası faktörler irdelenecektir. Sonbölümde ise Çin hükümetinin 2013 sonrası küresel yatırımcı konumunun sürekliği için önemibüyük Kuşak ve Yol Projesinin ana hedefleri, sağlayacağı avantajlar ve uygulama süresincekarşılaşacağı içsel ve dışsal problemler üzerine özet niteliğinde bir inceleme alanı yer almaktadır.Bu özet inceleme alanı ile Çin’in alternatif rotalar üzerinden küresel yatırımcı konumu ile gelecekdönem hedefleri ve önündeki olası engeller küresel ticaret- finans piyasaları çerçevesindeirdelenecektir.

The study aims to shed light on the past and future position of the Chinese economy, whose_x000D_ influence has increased in global trade and capital within the last 30 years, with its growing_x000D_ production and technology dynamics. This Asian country, which has become a driving force in_x000D_ the world economy in the global trade and capital market, has started to rival the developed _x000D_ industrial countries for the last century. It is assumed that this competition will accelerate not only_x000D_ in the field of economy but also in global politics and will pave the way for new political_x000D_ polarizations. The study aims to emphasize the increasing role of China in global politics while_x000D_ becoming a global trade power. With the information links at the beginning of the introduction,_x000D_ the infrastructure factors that led China to a great leap after 1980 will be revealed. The capacity_x000D_ of today's Chinese Economy to steer the global capital and trade system will be questioned within_x000D_ the framework of its advantages and disadvantages. Afterwards, possible factors that will affect_x000D_ the country's ability to attract direct investments, the process of becoming a global net investor_x000D_ and its continuity will be examined. In the last section, there is a brief examination area on the_x000D_ main objectives of the Belt and Road Project, which is important for the continuity of the Chinese_x000D_ government's post-2013 global investor position, its advantages, and the internal and external_x000D_ problems it will encounter during its implementation. With this summary study area, China's_x000D_ global investor position on alternative routes, future targets and possible obstacles will be_x000D_ examined within the framework of global trade-finance mark._x000D_ _x000D_
