Abstract
Yüksekte yapılan çalışmalarda gerek toplu koruma tedbirlerinin alınmaması gerekse de uygun iş ekipmanı ve kişisel koruyucudonanımların kullanılmaması yüzünden yüksekten düşme sebepli iş kazaları çok sık yaşanmaktadır. Bu sebeple yüksekteyapılan çalışmalarda kullanılan klasik iskele, merdiven vb. kullanmak yerine yükseltilebilen seyyar iş platformları (YSİP)’nınkullanımının arttığı gözlemlenmiştir. Bu çalışmada sektörün ana paydaşları olan üretici/distribütör ve YSİP kiralama firması,YSİP kiralayan firmalar, YSİP operatörleri ve sektörde çalışan iş güvenliği uzmanlarını kapsayan bir anket çalışmasıyla, işsağlığı ve güvenliği açısından YSİP sektörü ve çalışanlarının mevcut durumunun analiz edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Anket sorularıiçin Likert’in 5’li ölçek tipi kullanılmış olup, SPSS istatistik paket programı vasıtasıyla verilen cevaplar değerlendirilerekCronbach’s Alpha güvenilirlik analizi yapılmıştır. Verilen cevaplara göre YSİP üreticileri, distribütörleri ve kiralamasını yapanfirmalar için “Yeni alacağımız ekipmanlarda teknolojik üstünlükleri karşılaştırırım” ve “Yeni alacağımız ekipmanlardamekanik üstünlükleri karşılaştırırım” sorularına verilen cevaplar en yüksek ortalamalı cevaplar olurken; iş güvenliği uzmanlarıiçin “İskelede, merdivende vb. çalışmak yerine YSİP’ler üzerinde çalışmak daha güvenlidir.” sorusuna verilen cevap en yüksekortalamalı cevap olmuştur. Operatörlerin “YSİPlerde çalışırken karşılaşacağım risk ve tehlikeler hakkında bilgim vardır.”sorusuna verdikleri cevap ile en yüksek değerli cevap olurken YSİP kullanan firmaların “Operatörlerin iskelede, merdivendevb. çalışması yerine YSİP üzerinde çalışması daha güvenlidir.” sorusuna verdikleri cevap en yüksek ortalamalı cevap olmuştur.Ayrıca çalışma gruplarına acil durum tatbikatlarını faydalı bulup bulmadıkları, çalışan temsilcisi/iş güvenliği uzmanının faydalıolup olmadığı, YSİP’lerle çalışırken yüksekten düşme hakkındaki fikirleri ve iskele, merdiven vb. çalışmak yerine YSİPüzerinde çalışmanın daha güvenli bulup bulmadıkları gibi bazı sorular ortak sorulmuş olup, karşılaştırmaları yapılmıştır.
Occupational accidents caused by falling from height are very common due to not taking collective protection measures and_x000D_ not using appropriate work equipment and personal protective equipment during work at heights. For this reason, instead of_x000D_ using classical scaffolding, stairs etc., it has been observed that using of mobile elevating work platforms (MEWP) has_x000D_ increased. In this study, it is aimed to analyze the current situation of the MEWP sector and MEWP manufacturers / distributors_x000D_ and MEWP leasing companies, companies which rent MEWP, MEWP operators and occupational safety experts who works_x000D_ in terms of occupational health and safety. The questionnaire questions are prepared Likert's 5-scale scale type and_x000D_ evaluatednthrough by SPSS statistical package program. Also Cronbach's Alpha reliability analysis was performed. According_x000D_ to the answers given by MEWP manufacturers, distributors and companies which making leasing that. "I compare the_x000D_ technological superiorities in the equipment we will buy new" and "I compare the mechanical advantages in the equipment we_x000D_ will buy" are the highest average answers. According to the answers given by occupational safety experts that “it is safer to_x000D_ work on MEWPs instead of on the scaffolding or on the stairs, etc. "is the highest average answer. As reported by the answers_x000D_ given by MEWP operators that "I have information about the risks and dangers while working in MEWP."is the highest average_x000D_ answer. In accordance with the answers given by the companies which use MEWP that " It is safer to work on MEWP instead_x000D_ of on the scaffolding or on the stairs, etc." is the highest average answer. In addition to this, some questiones are asked jointly_x000D_ and compared. For instance; whether they find emergency drills useful, whether the employee representative / occupational_x000D_ safety experts are useful, what they think about falling from height while working with MEWP, what they think about working_x000D_ MEWP safer instead of scaffolding, stairs, etc.
