Abstract
Bankacılık Sektörü, Sendikalar, Beyaz yakalı çalışanlar ÖZET BANKACILIK SEKTÖRÜNDE SENDİKALARIN DEĞİŞEN ROLLERİ VE BİR ÖRNEK : BANKSİS 1980 sonrasında kapitalist ekonomik sistemin içine girmiş olduğu yeniden dönüşüm sürecinde; üretim ve yönetim biçimleri ile birlikte bütün toplumsal yaşamın dönüşümü söz konusu olmuştur. Neo yani yeni kavramı bütün sürecin belirleyeni haline gelmiş, bu kavram ile sendikaların rolleri de yeniden tanımlanmıştır. Türkiye’deki bankacılık sektöründe faaliyet gösteren sendikaların incelendiği bu çalışmada; sendikaların bu dönemde yeniden kurgulanan rolleri bankacılık sektörü özelinde belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır.
