Abstract

Bankacılık Sektörü, Sendikalar, Beyaz yakalı çalışanlar ÖZET BANKACILIK SEKTÖRÜNDE SENDİKALARIN DEĞİŞEN ROLLERİ VE BİR ÖRNEK : BANKSİS 1980 sonrasında kapitalist ekonomik sistemin içine girmiş olduğu yeniden dönüşüm sürecinde; üretim ve yönetim biçimleri ile birlikte bütün toplumsal yaşamın dönüşümü söz konusu olmuştur. Neo yani yeni kavramı bütün sürecin belirleyeni haline gelmiş, bu kavram ile sendikaların rolleri de yeniden tanımlanmıştır. Türkiye’deki bankacılık sektöründe faaliyet gösteren sendikaların incelendiği bu çalışmada; sendikaların bu dönemde yeniden kurgulanan rolleri bankacılık sektörü özelinde belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. THE CHANGING ROLES OF TRADE UNION IN BANKING SECTOR AND AN EXAMPLE: BANKSİS Capitalist economic system after 1980 is entered into the re-conversion process, together with all forms of production and transformation of social life that has been the subject. Determinant of the whole process has become the vew concept of the neo, it also redefined the role of unions with the concept. This study examined the banking sector and trade unions, trade unions in the case of the banking sector is to determine the roles of this period, re-edited.
