Abstract

Özet: Tarihsel kapitalist gelişim süreci üretim, değişim ve tüketim için yeni emek arzı, yeni emek süreçleri ve çalışma tarzı da gerektirir. Daha fazla kar, daha fazla sömürü ve daha fazla sermaye birikimi için bu kaçınılmaz bir gerekliliktir. Zira sermayenin yeniden üretiminde toplumsal ilişkilerin, üretim yöntemlerinin de yeniden yapılandırılması gerekir. Böyle olduğu için de neo liberal politikalar sermayenin önündeki engelleri kaldıran araçlar olarak gerekeni yerine getirir.

Abstract: Historical development of capitalist development necessitates new supply of labor, new processes of labor - and new ways of working too - for exchange and consumption. For more profits, more exploitation and more accumulation of capital, this is an inevitable necessity. Yet, modes of production and societal relations should be restructured during the reproduction of capital. Thus, neoliberal policies will fulfill these necessities for accumulation, serving as the tools through which obstacles for capital are eliminated.
