rudan Yabancı Sermaye, Gelişmekte Olan Ülkeler, Gıda Sektörü ÖZET TÜRKİYE’ DE GIDA SEKTÖRÜNDE ULUSLARARASI SERMAYENİN ROLÜ Dünyada özellikle son dönemlerde yaşanan sosyo-ekonomik gelişmelere bağlı olarak, doğrudan yabancı yatırımların gerek boyutları, gerekse yönü önemli değişikliklere uğramıştır. Önceleri daha çok gelişmiş ülkelerin pay aldığı doğrudan yabancı yatırımlar, bugün artık gelişmekte olan ülkelere de yönelmektedir. Doğrudan yabancı sermaye yatırımlarının ülkeye girişi ile sermaye kıtlığı çeken ülkelerin sorunlarının ortadan kalkacağı ve ülkenin makro ekonomik göstergeleri üzerinde olumlu etki yaratacağı düşüncesi yaygınlaşmıştır. Türkiye de diğer gelişmekte olan ülkeler gibi bu konuda yeni politika ve stratejiler benimsemiştir. Doğrudan yabancı yatırımlar ayrıca girdikleri sektörlerde önemli etkiler yaratmaktadırlar. Bu çalışma ile Türkiye’de gıda sektörüne yapılan doğrudan yabancı yatırımlar ele alınmış ve detaylı bir şekilde incelenmiştir. Foreign Direct Investments, Developing Countries , Food Sector

ABSTARCT ROLE OF THE INTERNATIONAL CAPITALS IN THE TURKISH FOOD SECTOR Due to the recent socio-economic developments in the world, both the dimension and direction of foreign direct investments have changed significantly. According to this, foreign direct investments which only developed countries get the largest share previously have tend to move toward developing countries nowadays. It is widely believed that the direct foreign capital investments would eliminate the problems of the countries with the lack of capitals and, positively affect the macro-economic indicators of such countries. Just like other developing countries, Turkey has adopted new policies and strategies in this respect. Direct foreign investments also create significant influences in the industries, in which they are involved. This study deals with and analyzes in a detailed manner the direct foreign investments in the Turkish food industry
