Abstract
Neoliberalizmin ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda yeniden yapılandırılan eğitim sisteminin; üretim süreçleri ve emek piyasalarındaki gelişmelere paralel olarak esnekleşmesi gündeme gelmiştir. Türkiye'de üretim ve emek süreçlerindeki değişime paralel olarak eğitim sisteminde de köklü değişiklikler gerçekleşmiştir. 4+4+4 olarak da bilinen düzenleme küresel rekabete uyum sağlamak üzere emek piyasasını yeniden yapılandırmaya yönelik değişim sürecinin bir parçasıdır. Eğitim sistemini baştan aşağı yeniden yapılandıran bu yeni düzenleme, kapitalizmin sınıflar arası arasında yarattığı eşitsizliklerin daha da derinleşerek sürmesini sağlayacaktır
