Anahtar Kelimeler: Yöndeşme, Yeni Medya, Haber Ajansı, Haber ÖZETBİLGİ TOPLUMU’NDA YÖNDEŞMENİN HABER ÜRETİMİ SÜRECİ ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİ: HABER AJANSI ÇALIŞANLARI ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMABilginin dijitalleşmesi ile birlikte iletişim ve bilgisayar teknolojisinde önemli gelişimeler yaşandı ve bu iki sektör bir araya gelerek bilişim sektörünü oluşturdu. Bu gelişmelerin yaşanmasında yöndeşme eğilimi oldukça önemli bir unsur teşkil etmektedir. En basit tanımıyla iletişim sürecinin kendisi olan yöndeşme; ekonomik, siyasi, sosyal ve kültürel yapıyı etkileyen süregelen bir durumdur. Bu çalışma ile birlikte, yöndeşme etkisinde meydana gelen değişimlerin haber ajanslarında haber üretim sürecini ve çalışanlarını nasıl etkilediği ele alınmıştır. Yöndeşmenin; haber üretim süreci, içerik ve iş akışındaki etkileri değerlendirilmiştir. Convergence has been a really important part of this process. The simplest definition of convergence is communication itself and it has continued to influence economic, political, social and cultural structures. This study explores the changes that are caused by convergence on news products process in news agencies and news agency employees. The effects of convergence evaluated on news products process, content and work flow.
