Abstract
ÖZET“1980 Sonrası Konutların Mekânsal Dönüşüm Analizi: İstanbul Örneği”, Marmara Üniversitesi Güzel Sanatlar Enstitüsü, İçmimarlık Anasanat Dalı, Sanatta Yeterlik Tezi, İstanbul, 2011Bu tez çalışmasında, 1980 öncesi ve sonrası İstanbul’da yaşanan mekânsal dönüşümün günümüzdeki durumu ve gelecek konut tasarımlarına olası etkileri araştırılmıştır. Tanzimat döneminden günümüze sosyo-kültürel gelişimin konut çevrelerine yansımasının ele alındığı çalışmada; konutun toplumsal, ekonomik ve sosyo-kültürel değişimlerin etkisi ile işlevsel, biçimsel ve anlamsal değerlere bağlı olarak karşılaştırmalı analizi yapılmıştır.Birinci Bölümde;1839 yılından günümüze dönemlerin sosyo-kültürel, teknolojik, ekonomik ve siyasal gelişimi araştırılmıştır. Batılılaşma ile başlayan toplumsal gelişmelerin konut tasarımına yansıması ve batı etkileriyle biçim kazanan toplum değerlerinin konut mekânına etkisi irdelenmiştir.İkinci Bölümde;1980 sonrası dönemden günümüze konut kavramının İstanbul ölçeğindeki durumu incelenmiştir. Toplumsal olayların gelişimi paralelinde kentleşme, nüfus artışı, sosyal, kültürel ve sınıfsal farklılaşmanın konut tasarımlarına yansıması ele alınmıştır. Bu sürecin ortaya çıkardığı kent merkezi ve periferisindeki yerleşim birimlerinin günümüz konutuna etki eden biçim, işlev, anlam kavramlarıyla konut tüketim biçimindeki mekânsal dönüşüme etkileri araştırılmıştır.Üçüncü Bölümde;Tarihi Yapılar, Yalılar, Siteler-Toplu Konutlar, Villalar, Loftlar, Rezidanslar, Teras Evler ve Tek Evler (Bağımsız Konutlar) olmak üzere sekiz başlık altında, günümüz İstanbul’unda konut biçimindeki yerleşimler mekânsal anlamda irdelenmiş, belirlenen kavramlar ışığında karşılaştırmalı analizleri yapılmıştır.Sonuç;Geçmişten günümüze yaşanan sosyo-kültürel, ekonomik ve teknolojik gelişmelerin etkisiyle ortaya çıkan toplumsal talepler karşısında konut sürekli olarak değişime uğramıştır. Bu nedenle tez çalışmasında konut tipolojileri bölümlere ayrılarak incelenmiş ve örneklerle irdelenmiştir. Araştırmalar sonucunda konunun değerlendirilmesi yapılmış, konut birimlerinin irdelenmesiyle ortaya çıkan kavramlar karşılaştırmalı olarak bir tablo halinde sunulmuştur. Elde edilen verilerle, konut üretiminin günümüzdeki durumu analiz edilmiş, bu analizler sonucunda konut tasarımındaki değişimler ve eksiklikler belirtilmiştir.ABSTRACT“Spatial Transformation Analysis of Housing After 1980: Example of Istanbul”, Marmara University Institute of Fine Arts, Art Branch of Interior Architecture, Thesis of Sufficiency in Arts, Istanbul, 2011In this study both the current status of spatial transformation in Istanbul before and after 1980 and concepts that may influence future housing designs were studied. In the study in which socio-cultural development from Tanzimat Period till now was regarded together with the reflection to housing surrounding; comparative cognitive analysis of the effects of social, economic, public, cultural change on housing settlement and housing examples according to functional, structural and semantic values were done. In the First Section;Socio-cultural, technological, economic and political development of the period from 1839 till now was studied. The reflection social developments which began with westernization on housing design and the effect of social values which was formed with western influences on housing place were studied. In the Second Section;The condition of housing concept in the scale of Istanbul from the period after 1980 till now was analyzed. In the parallel of development of social events, the reflection social, cultural and class differentiation on space which emerged with the reflection of urbanization and population growth on housing design was studied. Concepts of form, function, meaning that urban and rural allocation units influenced to the current housing and their effects on spatial transformation in the form of dwelling consumption were studied. In the Third Section;Settlements in the form of residence in today’s Istanbul were analyzed in spatial sense under eight titles being Historical Constructions, Seaside Residences, Sites-Housing Estates, Villas, Lofts, Residences, Terraced Houses and Detached Houses (Independent Houses); their comparative analyses were done conceptually. Conclusion;As a result of social demands which emerged with the effect of socio-cultural, economic and technological developments, residential places have continuously transformed. Therefore in this study while residential typologies were examined they were separated into sections and transformation was analyzed with examples. As a result of the researches; assessment of subject was done, and concepts that arose with the analysis of allocation units were presented in comparison as a table. The results of the data obtained, current condition of dwelling production was presented, and moreover predictions were made for future dwelling productions.
