Abstract
Sanayileşmenin ilerlemesi ile birlikte ofis alanları kökten bir değişim geçirmekzorunda kalmıştır. Eskiden bir oda içerisinde planlanan ofisler, sonrasında çok katlıyapılar içerisinde planlanmıştır. Günümüzde ise teknolojinin gelişmesi ile birlikteçalışma ortamlarının konutlarda da çalışmaya ayak uydurulabilecek olarak düşünülmesigerekmektedir. Bireylerin çalışma ortamlarındaki gereksinimleri güncel teknolojininüretim ve pazarlama aşamalarını doğrudan etkilemektedir.Çalışma modellerindeki değişimin yanı sıra çalışma alanlarının da düzenlenmesi teknolojik gelişmeler ile birlikte değişmektedir. Bilişim teknolojilerinin gelişimi, üretim ilişkilerini ve bilgi aktarımını da doğrudan etkilemektedir. Bu etken çalışma alanlarının düzenini belirleyen ana kriterlerden biri olmaktadır. Dijitalleşme ileberaber, uzaklık terimi yok olmakta ve çalışma alanları içerisinde bulunulan herhangibir mekân anlamına gelmektedir. Bilişim teknolojisi çalışma alanlarındaki düzenlemeleride değiştirmektedir. "İstenilen yerde istenilen zamanda çalışmak" mottosu ile güncelçalışma alanlarının konsepti oluşturulmaktadır.Bunlara ek olarak, çalışma ortamı olarak tayin edilen mekânın, farklıfonksiyonlar içinde kullanılabilmesinin yanında, ofis giderlerinin ortadan kalkması,sürdürülebilirlik kavramı çalışma mekânları için önemli bir tasarım haline getirmiştir.Günümüzde ortaya çıkan pandeminin etkisiyle teknolojinin yanına bir de sağlık eklenmiş,pandemi süreci ile birlikte "evlerden çalışma" iş hayatının yeni normali olmuştur.Tez kapsamında, giriş bölümünün oluşturduğu ilk bölüm sonrasında, ikincibölümde ofis tanımı, tarihçesi ve sınıflandırılması incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde,ofislerin iç mekân düzenlemesi ve tasarımını etkileyen unsurlar tanımlanmıştır. Dördüncübölümde, ofis tasarımında gelişen teknolojinin etkisi ve yararlanma yöntemleri üzerindedurulmuştur. Beşinci bölümde yaşadığımız dönemdeki, geleceğe yönelik ofis tasarımlarımodelleri etkisinde oluşan birkaç çalışma alanı incelenmiştir. Altıncı bölümde isepandeminin geleceğe dönük ofis tasarımlarına etkisi üzerinde durulmuştur.--------------------With the advancement of industrialization, office spaces had to undergo a radival change. In the past office interiors were planned in a room, the planned multi- storey offices. Nowadays, with the development of technology, working environments should be considered as adaptable to working in residences. The needs of individuals in the work environment directly affect the production and marketing stages of current technology.In addition to the change in working models, the arrangement of working areas also changes with technological developments. The development of information technologies directly affects production relations and transfer of information. This factor is one of the main criteria that determining the layout of the work areas. Withc digitalization, the term of distance-working (remote working, telecommuting) disappears,and it means any space within working areas. Information technology is also changing the regulations in the working areas with the motto "working at any place at any time", all these the concepts created current working areas.In addition to all these, the space designated as the working areas can be usedfor different functions as well as the elimination of office expenses, making the concept ofsustainability becomes important parameters for todays's and future offices, because oneplace can be used for a variety of function. With the effect of today's pandemic (Covid-19), healt has been added to technology. With the pandemic process, "working fromhome" becomes the new normal of professional life.Within the scope of the thesis, office definition, history of the offices, andclassification are examined in the second part which is created at the end of the first part of the introduction. In the third part, factors affecting the interior refurnishment and design of the offices are defined. In the fourth chapter, the effect of developing technology in office design and utilization methods are emphasized. In the fift part, several working areas, which were formed under the influence of future-oriented office designs models were examined. In the sixth chapter, the impact of the pandemic (Covid-19) on future office designs is emphasized.
